Employability Course
We offer Entry Level 2 and 3 Skills for Further Learning & Employment, with enrolments accepted throughout the academic year.
The course content includes;
Employability Skills including mock interviews and CV writing.
Preparing for Adulthood.
Preparing for post 16 learning next steps.
Independent travel.
Softer Skills such as resilience.
Confidence building, teamwork skills, Independent Living Skills such as budgeting/cooking.
Access to careers advice.
What we do
We support young people to develop skills and confidence to prepare for adulthood and prospects in a fulfilling future career.
We support the young people with transition planning and they also have access to careers advice with us helping to signpost to the relevant organisation.
Taught by experienced SEND teacher with QTS
This course is designed for students who require both supplementary support, and a small group environment. Students accessing may be on a school roll or not in employment education or training (NEET).
We will also accept young people who are in Education Other than at School or College (EOTAS/EOTAC).
